Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for a qualified Head of Global Marketing to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies and channels for AspenCore Media group.
As Sr. Marketing Manager, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with our editorial, sales, analytics, and product development teams to ensure delivery and optimization through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company presence.
Ultimately, you should be able to effectively collaborate, communicate, problem solve, align to digital marketing best practices, strategize, analyze, and manage a diverse team of tactical marketing channel managers to achieve business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build/Manage/Audit our digital marketing roadmap
- Manage all digital marketing channel teams (e.g. website, podcasts, webinars, e-marketing programs, display, social media) to ensure performance and brand consistency
- Prepare/Measure ROI and KPIs
- Budget Management
- Develop multi-touch campaigns to drive audience acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Oversee our social media accounts
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
- Stay up to date with digital technology developments
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven work experience and success as Head of Digital Marketing
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field
- 10-12 years of related experience preferred
- Experience in google analytics and Tag Management
- WordPress, Monday.com and Omeda experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$115,200.00 – $140,800.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
