Arrow Electronics “Forward”
When former IndyCar driver Sam Schmidt was injured in a racing accident, he was rendered a quadriplegic. Working with Sam, Arrow Electronics helped create the SAM Suit, an exoskeleton modified to assist Schmidt’s ability to stand and walk. The inspirational story aired as a commercial on the NBC broadcast of the 2021 Indy 500, as well as in select O&O markets afterwards.
